Tire Change Question

For the knowledgeable folks on this board, I have seen numerous videos of shops heating up new locomotive tires to press them on to the wheels, but I have not seen anything anywhere saying how long they have to heat the tire up to get the expansion needed for it to go on. I am sure the size has a lot to do with it, but I am just curious what an average time would be.
