She is down. The state as I understand it is looking for a UT, they've decided to go for a full Form 4 hence the cost. For ten years it was an all volunteer operation that was never late because of crew shortages and had an exemplary safety record. I was a volunteer for four years and was honored to be a member of the first, and as of now last, professional crew that ran this locomotive. I put in my 480 to get into that left hand seat and am sad to see the volunteer program end for the operation, not only from a personnel standpoint but from a financial one as well. As things stand it'll end up being not only a loss for the two cities, but a loss for the people of the State of Montana. At this point I'll limit my comments and observations to that.
