Lobato Bridge Reconstruction Report

The C&TSRR Lobato Bridge suffered a serious fire in 2010 and there are multiple threads about that on the NGDF. Recently there were a few mentions of FRA testing on some C&T bridges sometime after the fire.
Recently I stumbled on an interesting report of the Lobato Bridge reconstruction in the Journal of Preservation Technology, published in 2014, and as I don't see evidence that it ever made it to the NGDF, now it has!

The report appears to intended for a technical audience, with discussion of metallurgy, and span ratings. Roger Hogan is credited with a number of included photos.
