And, thanks to overworked Roger Hogan (who as a CTSMC employee who won't badmouth his bosses), for FINALLY getting the info any reasonable corporation would promulgate to its employees, the interested public... if for no other reasons, to retain a favorable image and everyone's goodwill. Remember, folks ignored or mistreated are really NOT HOT to help you out when strife comes YOUR way.

BTW, any Commission construction hanky-panky...bid rigging, excessive change orders, (I've worked in this field), favoritism, could come under state, federal investigation. Why not just keep the whole process as timely and transparent as possible, hmmmmm?
