"Jay Winer. They tried to ban him from the shop but he sued them."
If that is true, it is mind boggling. How can a company let someone photograph around their shop and post it on the internet where all the FRA people can just sit in their office and write out citations and fines if something shows up? Sound like Jay Winer might close down the yard access to every other railfan if this is true.
