Hi all,
Jerry Day has very kindly been assisting me in my attempt to model this car in 1:48 scale, and has kindly provided me with some detailed shots of the loading ramp end as custom built by the D&S.
I'm now up to the stage where I need to letter it before final finishing touches (weathering in particular):
Jerry tells me the car is currently at Elk Park Siding and he cannot get to it at the moment to take any more shots for me - wondered if anyone on the forum would have a relatively side on shot (preferably both sides) that they would be prepared to share that would enable me to establish the position of the lettering on the car?
If not, I'll obviously have to wait until it becomes accessible for Jerry - but I'd like to finish off this project without having to call on his goodwill again.
Intention is to finish it off with an appropriate load to replicate (in part) this shot of Jerry's previously posted on this forum:
Regards,
David Price
