I noted Ernie Robarts book is not listed either, and he told me that the book he collaborated with Joseph Hereford on was sold through the friends! He said he did not have any copies for sale, cause I was going to give him a plug on the upcoming video!!!! I still mentioned he was co-author and said it was suggested reading....D&RGW book that is!!
