Re: Cumbres Turns?

The Crew Caller has made a request to the DS in Pueblo (dispatcher) for 2 3-engine Cumbres Turns to get the train up the hill. Empties to the front, loads to the rear. Pusher to work against the loads on each trip and not buckle the empties. Fill both trains to maximum tonnage. All 3 crews tie up in Chama for 8 hours rest. When crews are rested (at about about 200am) we will work through to Alamosa with a 3rd trip up the hill with 3 engines. We will get the remainder of the Durango Train and whatever local lumber and oil loads are ready. We will probably have enough for maximum tonnage on the 3rd trip as well. DS will advise as to disposition (Chama or Alamosa) of helpers.
