Numerous photos in the Sundance Book. None are clear due to the shadows.

The best is probably the one on page 294. It is a Perry & Brohm photo of the Bathke Collection. It shows one of the Porter-Bells as a saddletanker (1873) with boxcars #2 and #18 followed by baggage car #2. For the period, they are heavy trucks with a pair of coil springs on each side of the leaf springs. The really exceptional aspect of the photo is that the line work on the car is quite clear.
