Re: C&TSRR has an EXPERIENCED G.M.!!

Congratulations to Marvin AND to the C&TS!

In light of recent uncertainties and nay-saying from certain quarters, and especially following last night's
unexpected new challenge, having someone with Marvin's extensive experience firmly in control cannot
help but benefit the railroad.  Although my primary contact for setting up last month's "Springtime in the
Rockies" charter was Alan Loomis, Marvin was instrumental in making it happen, and very helpful and
accommodating when 'The Gang of Greenies' showed up in his shop to clean & paint #489 in the midst
of hectic preparations for C&TS opening weekend. It was a pleasure to meet Marvin and to work with
him last month!

Let's ALL get behind Marvin and help get the C&TS back on track!

We are looking forward to working with Marvin again in making the last week of August a Celebration not only of the First Forty Years of the C&TS, but a also a Celebration of a renewed commitment by ALL of us to help make the railroad's Next Forty Years even better!!
