Good morning all, I read on The SN track thread that "It is a shame that Dolores won't let the GGHS lay any rail there". I didn't want to hijack Fritz's thread about the SN track work but did have a questions about the GGHS track laying in or near Dolores. What has been proposed, and where(or where to?)? Whom are the powers that be who would/could dictate whether the GGHS could make a go of it or not? Private property owners? The town of Dolores?

I apologize if this has been discussed here before. Thanks for any information provided.
