Who is that trainman/conductor in the white shirt who walked across the face of a coupler and then even between the two couplers of engine and car? 15 feet are always required from any coupler and your gut at any time. He will get a coupler in his gut some day if he does not smarten up, and I hope the insurance company never views that video or the rates will go out of sight. Things are really going bad! Crews were never observed to work that way in the past.
