Both steam boilers are still there. They took down the smokestack in the late 70s to 80s I believe. Amos once told me that there is a pipe that went over to the depot and that he got his steam heat to warm the depot and his living quarters from the shop boilers. I would guess that at one time there was a pipe running down the side of the track to hook up shop steam to the passenger cars, and possibly to the oil loading platform as the tank cars were equipped with heaters. (Guess on the tank cars).
