Yes after posting the above I realized it is a problem with the exposure. You have three choices...(1) Set it for the daylight sky (2)
Set it for the underneath part of the train, or (3) let the auto change. In retrospect you probably did the right thing. Good job on stabilizing the camera and aiming it.

Some day will have to show you my similar shot that "Stopped a Train"
