Hello all,

A section of the ET&WNCRR has been re-built in the Doe River Gorge by a Christian Summer Camp based at Hampton, TN. The line currently runs from the camp over a mile to Pardee Point, with rides being offered to campers and visitors. The line is also used to support camp activities in the gorge.

Does the camp have any plans to re-build the line further into the gorge, as I remember seeing photos of a fully-restored bridge abutment beyond the end of their present track? All of the steel bridges over the Doe River are still intact in the gorge.
