If you are talking about the scar that runs under the '2' in 25' x 550', I think that is the true location of the Biggs spur as I mentioned in the original post. The spur doesn't look like it was drawn correctly on the map. If I remove the overlay I don't see any trace of the spur where the valuation map claims it to be. It wouldn't be the first time that a spur or wye hasn't lined up.
