Just talked to John M. Ham and he informed me that his 2009 book “Narrow Gauge Railroads to the Catskill High Peaks” is nearly out at his publisher. He has less than 70 copies available, but this book is still in stock with various dealers which offer it at various prices. It was published by Stony Clove & Catskill Mountain Press, Box 383 Hunter, NY 12442.
