Which sorta reminds me of the VERY slow winter of 1972-73 in To-Hell-You-Ride during the gas crisis,
when we all survived by taking in one another's laundry at $.50 / pound, plus $.15 / garment for bleach ...

If it had'na bin fer them folks throwin' quarters an' buyin' me beer at the weekly karaoke night at the Sheridan Opry House, I probly' woulda starved.
