The Last American

Unfortunately most readers don't have access to the Sagebrush Headlight, the journal of The Nevada State Railroad Musuem. But if you can beg, borrow or steal a copy of the Spring 2010 issue, there is a great story by Dan Markoff of his first trip with the Eureka on the C&TS, from Antonito to Osier and return. It is titled "The Last American" and relates quite an adventure staring some of our favorite folks like Earl Knoob and Jeff Stebbins, as well as Dan and his crew. Perhaps there is an online version that someone can point us to.
