I think, but not 100% sure, that the D&S hired Pete Maisel and his crew to do the work from Silverton working south. Pete typically does a lot of heavy equipment work for the D&S. I looked at the track about an hour ago and it is equipment moved snow, not a train or engine mounted snow plow. The sun will get a lot of it done in the next few days.
