Most of the train scenes appear to be along the Animas river south of Durango. I don't know that area all that well, so I don't know how far south the line stayed right next to the river.
The other equipment was baggage car 172 (I think), but it had the closet on the end platform for the generator, which was used on the San Juan.
The three coaches were 306, 320 and 324. 320 and 306 clearly show the bay window that had been used on the Chili Line. These two chaches are currently running on the Huckleberry Railroad in Michigan.
