Gordon Adams was featured on Bay Area Backroads a decade or so ago and also appeared in some of Winton Brown's live steam catalogs from the '70s. It's certainly ironic that a crunchy community like Fairfax would be the one supporting their local backyard railroad, especially considering the battles being fought by guys in the East Bay and rural Oregon to keep theirs. Nevertheless, talk about a steal. Railroad or not, it's a hot address and a beautiful piece of property. A fine "flipper" for anyone who could afford to pick it up, fix it up and sell it off in a better economy.
