The state line sign on the railroad is located about 1200 ft. north of where the state line is marked on Highway 17. I'm assuming that the railroad sign is in it's original location (from when the railroad was built) and it was not moved following the courts decree in 1925 that the state line had been improperly located and the state line was moved 1200 ft. to the south.
