Chile John's depot

Hi guys,
A few months ago, John's family asked for my help in selling some of his railroad items. One of the items was this 1/2" scale depot. During one of my visit's to John's house in Santa Fe I remembered him telling me that Ken Pruitt built it and that it was a model of the RGS's Dolores depot. Now that I have it and have had a chance to compare it to prototype photos it is clear that it is not. It's also not any of the likely RGS depots, and so far I cannot match it up to any of the Grande's smaller town depots. Do any of you recognize its prototype, if any?
The back of the model is unfinished as John always had it up against a wall. It needs some minor repairs before I sell it. The hard part will be shipping...
