I read the big piece of this is the monies going to the prep of the opening day (week) activities.
I sincerely HOPE as well that the Commission keeps the employee moral a very high priority. Making sure that these folks are happy and upbeat is a key part to the success of the railroad. If they are happy, it will definitely come across in the way they talk with their customers. Lets face it...happy customers always tell their friends of the wonderful time they had.
I also was interested in the snow removal aspect. Hope that all works out.
Just waitin' to hit the lottery some day to get OM and OY back into service. (Sigh......) I hope it hits soon. hehehehehe
