Twenty odd years ago, someone invented a coating that allowed graffiti to be washed off with a hose and nozzle. Supposedly "the Paint Companies" bought the patent and stopped production so people would have to continue buying paint to cover up the graffiti. The patent has expired but I haven't heard of anyone producing the coating.
