Great article. Notice the pic at french gulch. The water tower is being prepared to be moved over to the other side of the track for sg engines. Weird how the famous shot a birdseye was not included in the magazine. The article also talks about how this engine has been used for 35 years on this branch when it didn't show up on the C&S until 1923 and the line became a branch in 1938. Also I hate how the 74 and 75 got no credit, not that it matters but just some thoughts I needed to post.
