Of course, if there is a second section of that train. Any scheduled train can carry green flags/markers if there is a following section OF THE SAME train. It would not follow that any of the six trains you list would display markers of any kind as there are no "Second Sections Following" Another scheduled train following doesn't consitute a "Second Section."
If they found a seventh engine somewhere and ran a second section of train 463 at, say, 9:30, then the 9:10 train would carry green flags/markers. All other six would be show no flags/markers.
