I believe Roland Eccles was the Pres. of WH Eccles Lbr. at the time of the Idaho transactions. According to an article in the Feb. 1927 Timberman, a new company was incorporated to own the assets of the WH Eccles Co., the new company being simply "The Eccles Lumber Co. I assume Roland was a son of WH. Similarly David Eccles died in 1912, with his heirs including a son David C. Eccles who became Pres. creating a holding company "The David Eccles Co. which owned Ore. Lbr., SVRy, Mt. Hood and who knows what in Utah. The WH Eccles Co. also operated in Western Ore. at Banks and a place referred to as Inglis.
