I checked 1942 and 1949 Alamosa Division timetables and could not find any reference to whether the sidings shown were through or stub end. What I found interesting was that the list of "Tracks not shown as stations in time-table" specificly showed the switch connections, and if a stub the direction of entry. The implication seems to be that all station sidings were double ended. And sub-division 12 (Chama-Durango) does not show any additional tracks other than the station sidings. The DRGW must have already lost interest in the ng. and keeping the timetable info current was a rather low priority. Perhaps this information was published via timetable bulletin since dispatchers and train crews did need to be reading from the same bible.
