As I was perusing my copy of Colorado Rail Annual 21, on page 155, there is a reference to "...the jumbled, incomplete, sooty papers of the RGS" and it says "the Shay engine being run via Gunnison to Denver for loading there, where the Perrins Peak Coal engine came from, etc..."
Was that a reference to a Shay used on the RGS, or to another one on an adjacent line, mine, etc?
