Has anyone here listened to cut 21?

I'm concerned that Mr. Salazaar and Mr. Randall may not have been speaking the same language. I'm concerned that the next Commission meeting may be even more "exciting", and then they'll be almost on top of opening day.

BTW - the current contract provides that either side may cancel the contract for no reason at all.

11. TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT: The Commission or C&TSMC may terminate this Agreement, with cause, by providing a 15-day written notice with an additional 15-day corrective action period before final termination if termination is sought for cause. The Commission or C&TSMC may terminate this Agreement without cause by providing a 30-day written notice...
