Hi, Jim -

Perhaps not all of the "citizens" of CU consider themselves "citizens" of Boulder ...

IMHO - considering all the previous vandalism - it might be best for the train to stay where it
is until the City can afford to put a 10' decorative (nice-looking but strong) fence around the
entire Depot property, and close the gates at night. That, plus three or four motion detectors
and video cameras should be enough to deter all but the most determined of vandals.
