For equipment plans...

Off the top of my head, I'd guess that the Cincinnati Northern 0-4-4t Mason Bogie (Admiral Almy) ought to provide some insight into the smaller Mason Bogies. There are diagrams on page 128 of Hilton's Amer NG RR. IIRC, there is a plan near the back of John Hauck's (C.W. Hauck's son) Narrow Gauge in Ohio book.

There are drawings of the cars that were sold to the Tweetsie and EBT. I tend to recall that Lee Rainey's EBT book has a drawing for one of the combines.
