BRB&L

Hi,

I have not completely examined all the photos in the BRB&L book, but is quite fascinating.

Only disappointment was there were no equipment drawings - a very minor issue. I just received a copy of a magazine with the BRB&L steam coach plans after they had been converted to MU.

I did not realize the BRB&L outlasted the C&S narrow gauge. (January 1940 was the last month the BRB&L ran).

Now all I need to get are the 2-4-4t and 2-4-6T plans.

NOW FOR THE COLORADO END.

How about putting a wire over the Alamosa-Antonito dual gauge and running replicas of the BRB&L MUs for a "modern" rapid transit between the two? winking smiley

The EBT has done it with the Shade Gap branch being for SG interurbans.

Maybe a 3/4 size GG1 could be added?????? grinning smiley

Paint the poles and wire a pale blue. They would fade into the sky when steam ventured onto the line.
