As a "almost Photoshop Expert" it is quite apparent that the photo portion of the drum head has been rather poorly "Photoshoped", In what seems to me to be an attempt to "restore" the damage that showes in the "unretouched" original that was posted earler. The coloring could also have been added, but it was not uncommon to "Oil Tint" B/W photos to add color.
