Neat photo Rich, we replaced all of the telegraph poles next to the tracks in the picture. The telegraph wires crossed over the tracks at the curve. It appears that the two poles at the grade crossing are power on the left, and telephone on the right. Hopefully Ed will jump in here with more information, but I think that neither have anything to do with the railroad.

The grade crossing is still visible behind Eddie Vigil's Napa Auto Parts.
