The Pattern makers at BHM made there own cylinder patterns. I would have been possible to make the side frames patterns and have them sent to a contract foundry in the area.
After leaving SLC and the Grande employ, I gave to the museum a D&RGW pattern list book that listed the pattern numbers for many of the NG & SG cylinders saddles, etc. But after so many years and forgetting when that particlar pattern list book was issued, I don't if recall frame patterns were listed.
There were still many large & small patterns (at BHM or at contract foundries) around until the Silverton sale and after that, all that material went away along with the building they were kept in.
