Boxcar #3132 Question....

I seem to recall from a visit shortly after this display was set up that #3132 had the old split airbrake system still in place on the underbody. I have not noticed this on any of the other cars in revenue service in the later years.If you look close at the picture on Dave's list..this appears to be the case.

Is it possible that this car was in revenue service, and NEVER had the updated airbrake system? Or....was it taken from one of the many outfit car carbodies scattered about when the display was being put together? Or....maybe this car was relagated to work service in the later years?

Or..maybe I'm just not too observant and it was more common than I think.

Anyone ever see this on any other 3000 series car in the later years?
