I don't see the thundering masses wanting to go to a camp in the back country. There would be no golf courses or tennis courts to keep them occupied. You going to have maid service here? Also, they want 5 star dining! A lot us would pass on all this ! I would take a car equipped with a bathroom with a decent bed. Need a stove for cooking and and a icebox. The rest the time I would be out roaming around with a camera or sitting reading a book. Need a fire ring for the evening. I also don't need X number of cars parked near me. Lanterns for some light. You really need to use the KISS idea here!
