Here is a page from a 1913 OREM showing the C&NW harrow gauge equipment. It lists both the equipment used on the "Dinky" in WI, and the Black Hills line in SD. I believe the single digit numbers are the WI cars and the 5 digit numbers are the SD cars. If I had to hazard a guess about C&NW cars going to Arizona I would guess that they were cars from South Dakota rather than Wisconsin
