Conoco tank car #5

All: I am about to build Conoco tank car #5 and want to clarify the paint scheme for it. In 1929, my era, the car had a silver tank, green CONOCO and black lettering with a boxcar red deck. I am correct here right? The picture attached shows this scheme. I see the photo is numbered #15 but it will work for #5 as well. Just for the record, when did the car(s) get painted black?
