I was there a couple of months ago, and the caboose is now finished and looks very good. There are several other cars there, in various states of repair. As with many historic organizations, I think they are doing what they can with limited resources of time and money.

The name is capitalized in the subject line because this word for some reason gets spelled wrong very often. winking smiley
