I would suspect he's talking about the Alder Gulch Shortline #12. Robert Yuill (Historic Shop Services) supervised most of the work on the engine and most likely has the pertinent specifications.

I can ask our chief mechanical officer, but I'm not sure how much documentation was provided with the engine.
