If I knew what sections they were I could get some of it but I don't.

A few possibles:

D&RG 90 lb: 5 1/2"
" 85 lb: 5 1/4"

ASCE 90 lb 5 3/8"
" 85 lb 5 3/16"
" 75 lb 4 13/16"
" 70 lb 4 5/8"
" 65 lb 4 7/16"
" 60 lb 4 1/4"

Mo. Pac 85 lb 5 7/32" (MP controlled D&RG(W) 1898-1936)

ARA-A 90 lb 5 5/8"
" 80 lb 5 1/8"
" 70 lb 4 3/4"
" 60 lb 4 1/2"

ARA-B 90 lb 5 17/64"
" 80 lb 4 15/16"
" 70 lb 4 35/64"
" 60 lb 4 3/16"

the table in my book(_Roadway and Track_ by Walter French 1946 ed) doesn't go any smaller than that, sorry.
