John, great info--very interesting! I noticed you have the 04343 listed as a crew car--as far I as I know the 04343 was a caboose. It was constructed from a box car, in what year I would like to someday find out, and where it typically operated would be of great interest to me. Thank you for taking time to share this info.--hopefully it will not be your last post concerning this subject. Since I am facinated with operations over Marshall Pass does anyone out there have any records of crew calls, train make up's in and out of Salida or Gunnison? Thanks.
