"So my question is dose your Alamosa train sheets show the train movements over La Veta pass in 1944."

I am sorry these particular train sheets do not show La Veta pass in 1944. They do show Creede branch and standard guage Antonito turns, which I realize is not quite La Veta Pass. I might be able to locate information for later years, i.e. 1947-1948.
