1. Yes UP does have tours of the shops.

2. Your correct that the RTD rent a cops are more like keystone cops.

3. Since there is a meeting of Chiefs of Police from around the world
with the US Attorney General along with the head of the FBI and Home
Land Security the RTD rent-a-cops figure they are the first line of
defense against the US taxpayer and the camera.

4. Fat lot of good the RTD does the UP PR machine but then again no one
said I was the brightest card in the deck.
