It won't take nearly that much Michael. John Sutkus and his team have slowly been jacking up the west end of the tipple a little each year for several years now. While the east end will always have a slight lean, it can be made functional.
Now that the concrete grade beam is in and the footings are secure, they are going to work on replacing all of the worn out and bent tracks and guides for the coal buckets to run on. They tested the lift machinery this summer and it still works, although it got bound up in places.
From what I hear the plan is to make it functional again, although I doubt it would be used in day to day operations as using a tractor is much more efficient without all of the dust.
