Kevin, having taught PS classes, My 1st choice for you would be your local college, almost all offer PS classes. Meny are offered in the evenings, and some JC's offer cpmmunity service classes for near free. Next check with the local camera club, most photogs today are pretty savy at most of the photo fixes that you can pull off in PS, and they will help you learn.

#1 tip to better pics.. Shoot in RAW mode if your camera allows it.
